Instructions
Click the desired link to begin the download.
Save the file to a temporary folder or to your desktop.
Double click the downloaded file. You will need a third party unzipping (extraction) program such as WinZip to complete the process:
Navigate to the appropriate drive and folder. The default is C:\Program Files\The Library Corporation\BiblioFile.
Click Unzip, or complete the extraction with your own unzipping program.
