X00 First indicator: Value 1 - Surname
Value 1 indicates that the heading is a surname formatted in inverted order (surname, forename; e.g., Smith, John) or a name without forename(s) which is known to be a surname. If there is uncertainty that a name without forename(s) is a surname, the first indicator position contains value 0. Phrases, when formulated with inversion and an entry element similar to a surname are treated as a surname.
