Character position definition and scope:
The Type of record character position contains a one-character alphabetic code that indicates the characteristics of and defines the components of the record. Alphabetic codes are input in lowercase.
National Level Requirement for Leader/06: Mandatory. For code z used in Leader/06, National Level Requirement is Mandatory.
