Leader/00-04 Logical record length (Leader)

The Logical record length is the five-character numeric string that specifies the length of the entire record, including itself and the record terminator . The number is right justified and each unused position contains a zero (0).
Users typically do not have access to Leader/00-04; the entry is automatically generated by the system.
Record requirements (National-level and Minimal-level) for Leader/00-04 for all types of material : Mandatory.
