1.7B20. Copy being described, library's holdings, and restrictions on use
For monographs, routinely make notes on any special features or imperfections of the copy being described. Carefully distinguish between such copy-specific notes from other kinds of notes that record information valid for all copies of an edition, introducing the copy-specific notes with he phrase "LC copy ..." or "LC set ..." or "LC has ..." as appropriate.
