Index to Graphic Materials
This index, modeled after the one in the Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules (2nd.ed.), covers the rules and appendices, but not the examples. All index entries refer to rule numbers except those few that refer to page numbers in the preface and introduction. "App. C" indicates that a term is defined in Appendix C: Glossary .
