"Batch-loaded" records will contain the USMARC encoding level value from the source record. Box 1 may need to be changed to reflect less-than-full-level status (7) or full record status (blank).

Box 17 must be changes to c to indicate that the record was created through a cooperative program. Give special attention to reviewing other fixed fields, making appropriate changes as needed.
