Normally the item Cutter for a facsimile is based on the entry element. However, if a new or modified title unique to the facsimile is transcribed as the title entry, the item Cutter is based on the original title, if there is one, to facilitate collocation of the original and the reproduction.

Add a second date, which reflects the date of publication or distribution of the facsimile, as the final element of the call number.
