Details relating to the physical description of a facsimile are based on the reproduction and are transcribed in the physical description area.

However, since the physical description (e.g., the coloration, dimensions, etc.) of facsimiles may differ from those of the original, details relating to the physical description of the original are transcribed in the appropriate location within the "original version" note (tag 534), if such details are known, without additional searching, or determinable from the reproduction or accompanying material.
