When the title of the original also applied to the facsimile (i.e., is "carried over" from the original to the reproduction in the same form) and the common title is transcribed as the title proper, transcribe the statement(s) of responsibility relating to the intellectual content or graphic design of the original.

When the facsimile has a new or modified title transcribed as the title proper, transcribe the statement(s) of responsibility relating to the intellectual content or graphic design of the original in the appropriate location within the "original version" note (tag 534).

Statements of responsibility relating to the process of reproduction and/or republication are transcribing in the publication, distribution area and/or in a details of publication reproduction note, rather than in the statement of responsibility area.
