A date following the title is transcribed as other title information.

Consider a revision statement appearing with a number code in the lower right corner of the item as an edition statement, if the revision date is later than the date following the title. Transcribe the revision information as an edition statement and record the number or code as a quoted "numbers" note. Example:

If the revision date is earlier than the date following the title, treat the entire statement as a quoted "edition and history" note. Example:
