Field definition and scope:

Field 575 contains a note that provides information pertaining to people with disabilities.  It includes information about accommodations available at the community information entity for people with disabilities, for instance, regarding toilet facilities, the availability of wheelchairs, special computers, braille, etc.  Information may also be present as to whether steps have been ramped, telephones have been lowered, flashing lights have been installed, grab bars have been added in restrooms, etc.  It could also include information on how to get to the community information entity by special transportation for people with disabilities, whether or not a sign language interpreter is available, etc.  Some of this information may be contained in coded form in field 007 (Physical Description Fixed Field).

Field 575 is repeatable.
