When encountering what looks like a series on a serial there are a number of decisions that may have to be made:

Whether the word or phrase constitutes a series

Whether it is in the authority file or will need to be established if in the authority file, what is the treatment?

Analyzed in full or not analyzed?

Collected or classified separately?

Traced or untraced?

Whether it is numbered or unnumbered

Whether the numbering changes on each issue or is constant from issue to issue

Whether there are multiple series or a main series and subseries

Whether the series statement and series tracing (if traced) will be the same or different

Whether the series appears on all issues or has been added or dropped on later issues

Whether the series title has changed or fluctuates
