18.7.2. Named vs. unnamed conferences
A corporate body must have a name in order to be established as a heading. To determine whether a conference is names, consider clues such as the following:
some or all of the words begin
with capital letters (in languages that use capitals)
the definite article (e.g., the,
le, etc.) is used with the name rather than the indefinite article (a,
un, etc.) Example:
