Field 755 is used to indicate the physical characteristics of the material described.  Standard published lists are used for genre and form terms and the list is identified in subfield $2 (Source of term).

1.   Input a period preceding subfield $2, unless the last word in the preceding subfield ends in an abbreviation, initial/letter, or other data that ends with a mark of punctuation.

2.   Do not input punctuation between other subfields.
