Content designator history:

Character position 02 (Presentation format) was moved to position 04 when field 007 was restructured in 1981.  It was renamed in 1983 when distinct codes for videorecordings and projected graphics were defined.

n - Not applicable  [obsolete, 1983]

e - Other  [obsolete, 1980]:  Prior to 1981, Other was identified by code e.  The current code e was defined in 1981.
