038 Record Content Licensor (NR) (Variable Data Field)
Field 038 contains the MARC code of the organization that licenses the intellectual property rights to the data contained in the record, such as with contractual arrangements. See Appendix I for a listing of organization code sources used in MARC 21 records.
The National level record requirement for this field is Optional.
Field 038 is NOT repeatable.
