In cataloging an agreement between an international intergovernmental body and one or two other international intergovernmental bodies or national governments, 21.35B1 provides for an added entry/added entries under the heading(s) for the body (bodies) or national government(s) not chosen as the main entry heading, with a uniform title added as appropriate under 25.16B1. Because this method provides for the needed access point(s) only when the main entry heading is for the agreement, but not when such an agreement is given as an added or subject entry, the Library of Congress uniformly makes a body (bodies) or national government(s)/uniform title reference in an authority record for the body or national government/uniform title (for the body or national government chosen as the main entry heading) instead of the added entry (entries) called for by the rule.
