Do not transcribe information from the source in areas 1, 2, 4, and 6 unless it is present in a prescribed source for that area.  In all cases in which information for areas 1, 2, and 4 is taken from elsewhere than the title page, make a note to indicate the source of the information (see 7B3, 7B6, 7B7.1, 7B8).  In all cases in which information for area 6 is taken from elsewhere than the series title page, make a note to indicate the source of the information (see 7B12).

The prescribed source of information for areas 1-6 of a single-sheet publication is the entire sheet, both recto and verso.
