Content designator history:

This field was established provisionally as field 551, but changed to field 552 in 1999 to eliminate conflicts in the definition of field 004 in the Holdings and field 551 in the Community Information formats.

Subfields  $u - Uniform Resource Identifier

$z - Display note

In 2000, subfield $u was defined to contain the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and subfield $z was defined to contain a note that introduces the data in the field.
