5B12. Incomplete publications
When a volume or an individual sequence of pages or leaves within a volume lacks pages or leaves at its end - or an unpaginated or unfoliated volume or sequence lacks any pages or leaves - and the paging or foliation of a complete copy cannot be ascertained, give the number of the last numbered or unnumbered page or lead followed by "+ p." or "+ leaves." Make a note of the imperfection. Example
