Appendix A - 0H. Forms of diacritical marks and letters (including capitalization):

Make an added entry for the modern orthography for a title proper in which I/J and U/V have been transcribed according to pre-modern conventions, when the modern version would differ from the title as transcribed. If necessary, also make an added entry for a form of the title in which all letters are transcribed as they appear in the source, but giving only initial letters in upper case. Generally, do not make an added entry using modern diacritical marks if this is the only difference from the title proper.
