F 50 - (Section 2.d.) New notes:
1. Indent notes four spaces under the caption to which they refer.
2. If different types of notes appear under the same caption, place them in the following order:
"Class here" or "Including" note
"Cf." notes
"see" references
3. If there are multiple "Cf." notes or "see" references under a single caption, place them in alphabetical order by the class letters, subclass letters, or words that begin each note.
4. When referring to a range of class numbers, provide the full beginning and the full ending number of the span, including the class letters. Separate the ending number from the beginning number by a hyphen.
The former practice of providing only the first number of the span followed by a plus sign (+) has been discontinued.
