Field definition and scope:

Field 312 contains information about equipment that is available from the community information entity for use outside of the entity. For instance it may give information as to equipment (e.g., a camera) one can rent and take home to use. Information about equipment one can use inside the community information entity is given in field 311 $e.

Field 312 is repeatable.
