Field definition and scope:

Field 572 contains information about the community information entity's affiliation with an organization, etc.  It also includes information about other relationships involving other entities, e.g., with sponsoring organizations (when such organizations are not the funding source), parental organizations, etc.

Field 572 is repeatable.

Punctuation:  Field 572 ends with a period unless another mark of punctuation is present.
