Field definition and scope:
Field 346 contains technical specifications relating to the encoding of video images in a resource.
Multiple values from the same source vocabulary may be recorded in the same field in separate occurrences of subfield $a (Video format) and subfield $b (Broadcast standard). Terms from different source vocabularies are recorded in separate occurrences of the field.
Field 346 is repeatable.
