Subfields $l, $x and $z were made obsolete in 1990.  For all forms of material, a Library of Congress call number associated with a series statement is contained in field 490 (Series Statement).  An International Standard Serial Number (field 022) associated with a series statement is contained in field 440 (Series Statement/Added Entry - Title) or in field 490 (Series Statement).  Source information is included as part of the general note in subfield $a of field 500.
