Update 5, Fall 1996

Update 5 includes the new interim guidelines for cataloging online versions of print serials, listed in Section B6.4.3 and Appendix N. Special Physical Formats. A number of changes are included here to reflect policies and practices established in the new CCM Module 33, "Newspapers." Fields 270 and 856 were extensively revised, and a number of more minor changes, corrections, etc. are included. Also, the list of CONSER members in Section A1 now includes four CONSER Enhance members.
