Update 6, Spring 1997

Update 6 includes a number of changes, corrections, and updates. All of the 007 fields are included as subfield $c is now obsolete for all the formats. A change in personal name headings that simplifies the first indicator for surnames now includes multiple and single surnames under one indicator value (fields 100, 600, 700, 800). An additional instruction has been added to the practice for online versions to include a title added entry when the title for the online version differs from the original (fields 730, 740, Appendix N).
